This is a close-up shot of some of the ice on Lake Winnipeg, Canada in the morning during the spring thaw. The ice melts during the day and breaks off the main sheet in shards but then it re-freezes during the colder night temperatures.
A glass ceiling at a college in Toronto, Canada. This movement was done by holding the zoom lens still and rotating the camera, thus zooming in and rotating at the same time. It was a bright sunny day so I had to use a neutral density filter and a small aperture.
