This was a beautiful abandoned house that I passed somewhere in Saskatchewan on the way to the Rocky Mountains in Alberta. The sun broke through the clouds a bit and lit up the golden wheat in the foreground.
This was a small set of rapids on the way to a much larger waterfall near the Cabot Trail, Nova Scotia. Another challenging depth of field situation; I tried my best to find the hyperfocal distance. I took some shots for a focus stack but haven't tried putting it together yet. Leaves were shot as found. The trail to get to the larger waterfall was actually one of the more enjoyable trails I've walked in a long time.
I was out trying to photograph sunflower fields when I found this little area with small yellow flowers. I waited for a while and positioned the camera at a low angle in order to get the flowers backlit, so they would be lit up compared to the surrounding grass/plants.
