This is Eoligarry beach on the north side of the Isle of Barra in the Western Hebrides of Scotland. I was happy to find a little bit of seaweed with a seashell for the foreground. This is where the flight from Glasgow lands at low tide. Barra is one of my favourite places that I've travelled to. The seafood is great, the beaches are beautiful, the castle is one of the best in Scotland, there are ancient monuments all over the place, and there's a small village feel to the place with very friendly locals.
One of the hundreds of roadside waterfalls in Iceland. If you are into waterfalls, Iceland is the place to be. There are also volcanoes, ice caves, icebergs, black sand beaches, and historic sites. It's very safe and everyone speaks English. But be ready...it's expensive.
These ruins in Canyon de Chelly, Arizona are called The White House, named after the lighter coloured dwelling you can see behind the darker buildings in front. These are ancient aboriginal houses high up on the cliff, presumably for security. It's a bit of a hike down to the ruins. I got a sunburn but it was worth it.
