Guatemala
I was in Guatemala for about a week and a half. It was near the end of the trip and I think I was getting a little tired, because I had trouble finding stuff to do/see there that would excite me. The country is getting pretty touristy from what I could see. From my short time there I was able to see Antigua, lake Atitlan (a lake ringed by cliffs and volcanos, with little traditional villages scattered along the shores), Pacaya volcano (where you can stand next to red, flowing lava and roast marshmallows), Flores (a town on an island) and Tikal (the ancient centre of the Mayan civilization, survived by a bunch of pyramid and temple ruins in the middle of the jungle).
